We have been having issues with Royal Mail over the last couple of weeks - all orders are sent via 48h tracked - however some appear to be getting stuck, we believe this is down to a new system. Parcels are getting through, it just seems to be taking longer than normal, we will keep you updated.

We may also look to alternative carriers if the problem does not resolve.

Delivery orders are processed M/Th/F, and have a 2-7 day turnaround, depending on availability, if you need your order within a specific time frame please get in touch prior to ordering to ensure it is possible.
